Burden & Grace ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use our mobile application ("App").

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row-Level Security so that only you can access your own journal entries and progress data. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your journal entries are private. They are encrypted and stored securely in your personal account. We do not read, analyze, or share your journal content. Only you can access your own entries.
If you enable daily reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated on-device using your devotional content. We do not use third-party push notification services that track your location or behavior based on notifications.
Burden & Grace is designed for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

We retain your account information and journal entries for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
